3.4 Prohibited or Restricted Products
Content involving illegal goods or services, scams, deceptive financial schemes, hate, harassment, discrimination, adult or exploitative material, drugs, weapons, or other restricted items is prohibited unless explicitly permitted and compliant with applicable laws.
3.5 Platform Misuse
Uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access to systems or data, or interfering with platform security, stability, or performance is strictly prohibited.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must promote offers honestly, follow business guidelines and approval requirements, comply with advertising platform rules, and immediately stop promotion if an offer or account is suspended. Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish.
5. Business Responsibilities
Businesses must ensure that offers and advertising content are accurate, lawful, and compliant, review affiliate submissions responsibly, and not encourage deceptive or misleading promotion.
6. Enforcement
Nettmark may take enforcement action at its discretion, including content removal, suspension or termination of accounts, withholding or reversal of payouts, and reporting to relevant platforms or authorities where required.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Use of Nettmark may involve third-party platforms such as Meta. Users are responsible for complying with those platforms’ policies in addition to this Policy. Violations may result in restrictions on Nettmark access.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Nettmark constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
